WAEC Past Questions & Revision Practice

Reflection Academy helps students prepare with WAEC / WASSCE question practice and saved results. Choose your subject and year in the practice centre. The provider may not have every subject-year combination, and the available sets should not be treated as a complete syllabus or paper.

Combine retrieval practice with written work

Begin with a small question set, then close the options and explain the answer in your own words. For calculations, write each step and include units where relevant. Multiple-choice practice is useful, but it does not replace extended writing, practical preparation or your teacher’s guidance.

Use a subject-by-subject revision log

For each subject, record the date, the topic you revised, a mistake and the correction. Keep this separate from simply counting questions completed. Return to difficult ideas after a break and attempt a new example to check whether the correction has lasted.

Read the information attached to a question

A passage, diagram or instruction can change what the question is asking. Inspect labels and read the entire instruction before answering. If a supplied diagram or explanation appears incorrect, raise it with academy support rather than learning the mistake.

Know which exam material you selected

Choose WAEC / WASSCE in the provider filter. GCE is not silently substituted with a different examination. Verify your own exam’s requirements and use material appropriate to your syllabus alongside the practice centre.

A worked example to try

Reflection Academy original example—not a reproduced past-exam question.

Original biology example: Which cell structure is the main site of aerobic respiration?

The mitochondrion is the main site of aerobic respiration in eukaryotic cells. Connect the answer to its role in producing ATP rather than memorising only the organelle’s name.
