Parties and acceptance
This agreement is between the instructor identified by their verified account and typed legal name, and Reflection Universe, operating Reflection Academy. Acceptance records include the agreement version, account, name, time and relevant upload. Accept only if you are an adult with authority to grant these rights.
Ownership of uploaded video lectures
For each video lecture uploaded after accepting this agreement, you assign to Reflection Universe, operating Reflection Academy, the transferable economic copyright you own in that lecture, worldwide for its remaining copyright term. The academy may host, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute and make the lecture available to learners. The assigned rights survive account closure. This does not transfer third-party rights or non-transferable moral rights. Earlier uploads are not retrospectively assigned by this new notice.
Authority and third-party materials
Upload only lectures you own and can assign. Obtain permission for third-party material and people appearing in recordings. General subject knowledge, ideas and unrelated works are not transferred. Accompanying resources are licensed to the academy as needed to provide the lessons; disclose third-party restrictions to support before upload.
Teaching and earnings
You choose programme subjects within your expertise. Instructor approval and lesson review are required before students can enrol. The current share is 50% of subject tuition for the instructor and 50% for the academy, with provider fees borne by the academy. Purchase terms are saved when a student pays; displayed future changes do not rewrite earlier agreements. Earnings are recorded after verified payment. Payouts are managed by the academy and are not automatic bank transfers. Lawful refunds or payment reversals may require a corresponding earnings adjustment.
Review and electronic record
Typing your full legal name and checking the agreement box expresses your intention to accept this written agreement electronically. The academy records acceptance again for each uploaded lesson. Contact support for a copy of your acceptance record or a rights dispute. Statutory exceptions and rights remain unaffected.
